Job Description

The Human Resources Department at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an amazing opportunity. We are searching for outstanding candidates with suitable skills and experience for Business Administration Learnerships that are available around the country.

The successful applicant will report to the HR Coordinator directly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the NQF level 3 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
  • During the year, provide administrative help during peak business periods and while teams are on leave.
  • The Learnership is a well-structured integrated learning program that combines theoretical (formal) instruction with on-the-job training (structured work experience).

Skills, Experience, and Education

  • A Grade 12 certificate is required.
  • English and any other South African language proficiency
  • 1 year of experience
  • Applicants must not have completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organization.
  • South African nationals
  • Candidate for Employment Equity
  • Applicants must be unemployed.
  • The candidate must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • Provide a legitimate medical record outlining their disability.
  • Applicants must be willing to commit to a 12-month learning experience.
