We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Agent (Field) x4 to be based in Pretoria, Gauteng. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching daily, weekly, and monthly targets and all other targets related to increasing the mobile customer base.  Understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.  Represent the brand professionally and positively.

Requirements

• Prior work experience as a promoter or similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Help clients open accounts and answer any questions they have about betting.
• Drive daily sales and activations by effectively demonstrating and/or explaining mobile items, usage techniques, and services to encourage customers to buy things or use our services.
• Drive mobile marketing campaigns to boost revenue and sign up for new online accounts.
• Salespeople must maintain track of their activity and report to management on a daily basis.
• Promote the mobile brand.
• Set up and arrange displays at shops, events, and promotions to capture the attention of potential and returning customers.
• Help consumers submit the right FICA documentation when opening a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID).
• Ensure new customers use the sign-up bonus and show them how to bet on the mobile app.
• Maintain a clean work environment to promote a positive image to customers.
• Manage and maintain all mobile equipment.
• Complete Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note, and Trainers on Wheels training weekly.
• May need to travel between branches and stores for operational reasons.

Skills

• Excellent Listening skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be results driven.
• Good understanding of Mobile and Internet betting, Betting procedures and types and TUV (top up voucher) distribution.
• Strong systems and sales knowledge.
