Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proven experience as a driver at a vehicle dealership
- Understanding of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when validating orders.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and optimise routes to maximise efficiency and reduce travel time.
- Ensure correct and timely delivery of the parts distribution.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, answering any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with consumers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery truck to ensure that it is in good operating order.
- Act as a company representative, promoting its products and services to customers.
- Provide input to the sales team on customer preferences or issues discovered in the field.
- Effectively manage time to achieve delivery timelines and deadlines.
