Job Purpose
Maintain the overall effectiveness of the equipment and plant on site.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Factory environment: hot and noisy.
- Required to labor beyond of regular working hours (after hours and overtime).
- Working with and on large machinery and plant (both technical and mechanical)
- Clean the dividers according the supplier’s guidelines.
- Lubricate the divider.
- Strat divider to ensure that all oiling ports are open and delivering lubrication oil.
- Inspect the Divider after cleaning, and do daily checks in accordance with the supplier’s specifications.
- Report any damages to the shift foreman.
- Assist with divider changes.
- Assist in recording the standard deviation of dough pieces using a divider.
- Dividers are lubricated on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist the Artisan in the makeup area.
Requirements
- Matric
- 1 years’ experience in a production factory
Skills And Competencies
- Expert knowledge in engineering
- Basic welding, grinding and painting will be an added advantage
- Industry knowledge – Food safety and Health and safety
- Analytical skills
- Accuracy / Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Decision making ability
- Problem solving ability
