Job Purpose
To accurately and efficiently respond to client inquiries and handle orders, ensuring that sales targets are met and customers are always satisfied.
Duties And Responsibilies
- On a daily basis, to achieve total customer satisfaction, all queries and enquires must be resolved effectively and efficiently.
- To accurately process and capture all sales orders before the deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- To efficiently communicate with consumers and other departments in order to provide continuing feedback, reduce complaints, and increase customer happiness.
- On a daily basis, ensuring that all administrative and reporting tasks are completed in compliance with the position requirements and SOP.
- To establish excellent working relationships with customers in order to boost NPS and CES while also promoting customer sustainability.
- Ensure that important information is communicated effectively to all stakeholders in order to support good business decision making.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 1 year customer service experience
