Job Position: Sales and Customer Care

Requirements
- 2+ years relevant experience in sales handling and customer care.
- Must reside within the City of Johannesburg borders, and proof of residence will be required.
- An applicant who can communicate in a language spoken in a major public service.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and stakeholders relating to the station-related functions and assist with their service expectations.
- Facilitate and manage the resident process in customer relation practices.
- Facilitate sales support and escalate cash discrepancies.
- Support customer service needs and capture service requests.
- Assist with ticketing, validations, and related processes at the station level.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and regulations.
Skills And Competencies
- Good communication skills
- Basic to intermediate numeracy skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to assist customers effectively without leaving the counter
- Basic knowledge of processes within the cash/sales environment
- AFC Point of Sale
- Knowledge of Basic Customer Care
- Collaborative/Teamwork, Values and Integrity, Attention to detail, and quality-focused
- Customer and Service Delivery Management (Batho Pele) Ethics, Professionalism
