Job Purpose
To provide support services to the professional staff, contributing to efficient and effective service delivery within the Indigent Programme Management and Regional Coordination Section.
Duties And Responsibilies
- Conduct door-to-door home visits within the designated wards.
- Assist with the intake process by filling out application forms and the intake register at impoverished registration service centers.
- Assist with skills data collecting by completing applicable forms.
- Attend public participation events, meetings, imbizos, and road shows.
- Identify and collect information on service delivery needs and issues for the City of Tshwane.
- Submit input on identified service delivery difficulties to the service field coordinators, who will report to relevant departments.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- At least six months of expertise in data capture in an administrative setting.
- Computer literacy
- Must undertake a criminal record check and enable their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at their own expense.
