Key Purpose
All Discovery Invest products are administered, and normal transfers (withdrawal and retirement) are processed, including Section 14 and Section 37 transfers (Directive 135), as well as telephonic or other inquiries from policyholders, financial advisors, franchises, and other companies. The position is not restricted to the items mentioned above.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- Knowledge of the Long-Term Insurance Act (Directive 135) is desirable.
- Section 14: Knowledge and Understanding of Retirement Products. – Experience administering Linked
- Investment Service Providers (LISPs) is beneficial.
- Experience with the following systems is an added benefit (nice to have): Frontline
