Duties And Responsibilities
- Operation and Safety:
- Operate tractors, plows, cultivators, and other equipment.
- Ensure safe operation, following company safety policies and regulations.
- Conduct pre-operational checks, report issues, and perform basic maintenance.
- Agricultural/Construction Tasks:
- Plow, cultivate, and harvest crops.
- Haul heavy loads, materials, or equipment.
- Assist with irrigation, spraying, or fertilizing.
- Perform construction tasks (e.g., grading, excavation).
- Efficiency and Productivity:
- Meet productivity standards, minimizing downtime.
- Optimize fuel efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire pressure).
- Report equipment issues to supervisors.
