Job Description
Hollywood Sportsbook Gauteng (Pty) Ltd is looking for an X11 Customer Service Consultant (Digital) to work at our Team Support Office in Umhlanga.
Responsible for the overall smooth customer service experience and ensuring that all digital consumer engagement platforms handle inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Comply with the policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures of the company and the department.
- Team members should log at least 15 minutes before the start of a shift.
- Markets the brand and builds and maintains customer relationships.
- Ensuring that the customer receives prompt feedback; information is received from the punter and the system and is escalated to the Supervisor for resolution and feedback as needed.
- Ensure that communications are at a level that protects the company’s image/brand and does not subject it to reputational risk.
- Addresses Inquiries about betting and promotional material; offers account holders with up-to-date bet information. Respond to consumer inquiries about difficulties with their accounts.
- Any other tasks that may arise.
Requirements
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service, ideally on digital platforms.
Skills
- Excellent written communication skills and grasp of the English language.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibits extraordinary attention to detail.
