Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the correct stock is loaded according to the invoice/picking list.
- Ensure that the correct supply is supplied to the customer according to the invoice.
- Uplifting buybacks and refunds in accordance with the claim and uplift documents.
- Ensure that buybacks/returns and damaged items received from clients are appropriately recorded on the HHC and returned to the Debriefer.
- Ensure that all maintenance, routine checks, and other operations involving Simba vehicles are conducted in compliance with Simba Policies & Procedures.
- Ensure that the delivery vehicle is constantly clean and tidy (both inside and outside).
- Ensure that all PODs from customers are clear and follow Simba policies and procedures.
- Manage the Delivery Assistant.
- Follow health, safety, and security regulations (PPE compliance).
- Follow road traffic regulations and rules.
- Adhere to the pre-planned route and schedule.
Requirements
- Matric – Code 14 (Code EC: Horse & Trailer).
- PDP.
- Knowledge and experience working with the Handheld Computer device (HHC).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Strong drive for results and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate well with customers.
- Being adaptable/flexible to change in the workplace.
