Responsibilities And Competencies
- Participate in a structured learnership program combining theoretical study and practical workplace experience.
- Gain hands-on experience in underwriting and claims processes.
- Work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance sector.
Requirements
- Age 18-35 years old.
- Currently be unemployed
- Matric with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (40% +) as well as English First Language or First Additional Language (40% +)
- Must not have participated in an INSETA Learnership in the past 18 months
