Duties And Responsibilities
- Receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages.
- Assist with catering for meetings.
- Coordinates schedules and activities, places orders for supplies and services, and tracks progress and results.
- Arrange for meetings and booking of boardrooms.
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
- Supports facilities team in various administration duties, ordering and manage of consumables, general maintenance needs.
- Performs clerical tasks, such as arranging letters, memoranda, invoices, time & attendance reports and other indexed documents according to an established system.
- Creates, processes and tracks SAP purchase orders.
- Maintains records of orders and inventory and follows up with vendors on shipment and delivery.
- Assist team on payment of invoices to suppliers and resolve queries.
Requirements
- Matric and they must have a relevant secretarial / administrative qualification.
- The ideal candidate must at least have 1-2 years’ experience in a switchboard operator role.
- Fast paced, interactive and diverse environment requiring discipline in all customer engagement and individual behaviour.
- Agility and attention to detail when processing orders and communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Preference will be given to people living with disabilities.
