Purpose of the position:
The purpose of this position is to provide a professional, effective administrative support and assistance to the CFO.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage the CFO’s correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain a confidential filing system
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Diary and Travel Management: Schedule appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Office Management: Monitor office supplies, liaise with the procurement team, and evaluate office products
- General Support: Oversee petty cash, follow up on assigned tasks, and handle ad hoc projects as required by the CFO
