Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate and timely entry of goods receipt, dispatch, and inventory records in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP.
- Ensure documentation related to shipments, inventory, leave forms, timesheets and returns is complete and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
- Monitor and improve administrative processes for better workflow and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve administrative or inventory issues.
- Assist staff with overtime and or leave queries
- Assist Warehouse supervisors with daily operational requests as and when required.
Requirements
- 3+ years Warehouse experience.
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Strong Administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
