Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent; college education is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • A strong interest in finance and accounting, as well as a desire to learn and advance in the field.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area by answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with general office tasks like filing, data entry, photocopying, and stocking office supplies.
  • Help the administrative team organize meetings, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel plans.
  • Collaborate closely with senior personnel on various administrative and clerical chores.
  • On-the-job training helps you learn and grasp basic tax accounting principles and methods.
  • Learn to use office software and tools to manage workflows more efficiently.
