Purpose of the Job
Keep branch administration up to date, manage contracts on Embrace from opening to closing and submitting to invoicing. Establish good customer relationships.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service and respond promptly to all customer queries
- Issue a contract for each hire
- Ensure each contract is fully completed, including customer details, order number, etc.
- Ensure vehicles are prepared in advance of hire
- Ensure vehicles leave the yard within 15 minutes of the order being received
- Ensure vehicles are delivered and collected on time
- Ensure collection slips are completed and attached to the contract for invoicing purposes
- Open and close contracts daily
- Liaise with debtors to obtain authorisation codes and arrange account numbers
- Arrange sub-accounts for branches
- Manage and maintain all reports and schedules
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous experience in a Truck Rental environment
