58Fleet is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Fleet Administrator. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly skilled Demo Plan Team.

The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager.
Duties And Responsibilities
- The Fleet Administrator is responsible for managing demo fleet allocations and returns, processing vehicle invoices, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- This role involves maintaining and updating fleet records and databases, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., dealers, importers/OEM, and finance), and supporting asset transfers and acquisitions in line with company policy.
- The Fleet Administrator ensures compliance with operational and financial controls, assists with monthly reporting and reconciliations, and provides support during audits to resolve fleet-related queries.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- National Diploma in Fleet management/Supply Chain/Logistics or similar (preferred)
- Experience in the fleet management is an added advantage
- Sound understanding of the automotive industry at large
