Job Summary
Fedics is recruiting for a Food Service Assistant is to assist with the preparation of and the serving of all meals and beverages to customers, ensuring great customer service always. It is the responsibility of a food service assistant to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy, assisting with waste removal and washing up.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality meals, fast eats, and sandwiches for branded outlets.
- Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with stocktaking at the unit.
- Maintain great customer relationships.
- Ensures that warm and genuine contact is made with all customers.
- Provide great customer service in accordance with the highest professional performance standards.
- Each item is prepared swiftly, but attentively, to ensure great quality and consistency.
- Keep loss prevention guidelines in mind at all times, and aid with stock-taking.
- Adheres to suitable workplace behaviour norms.
- To perform additional specific chores or work outside of the typical daily routine, yet within the scope of the position.
