Key Responsibilities
- Manage and communicate all customer compliments and concerns to management.
- Develop a professional relationship with customers.
- Ensure that any customer stock queries are addressed and handled.
- Maintain efficient external connection with consumers that seek feedback.
- Assist clients with any inquiries and refer them to the proper departments as needed.
- Adhere to the corporate benchmark for client turnover each hour.
- Manage the shorts and overs at the point of sale, including any floats.
- Manage the refund and return transactions.
- Ensure that returned items are handled appropriately.
- Verify and evaluate all deliveries and invoices for complete correctness.
- Assist the Receiving Manager in creating and logging Distribution Centre claims on the Distribution Centre claims system.
- Manage and control high-risk stocks.
- Prepare the run reconciliation regularly.
- Prepare, order, and receive branch change needs to ensure that cashiers have adequate change to provide the greatest customer service.
- Maintain good communication between relevant parties.
- Maintain good document control, including but not limited to float, petty cash, and cash in hand.
