Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the accurate reconciliation, processing, and settlement of customer deliveries, returns, cash transactions, and related documentation.
- The role supports effective financial controls by verifying transaction accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all settlement processes are completed in line with company policies and procedures.
- Settle drivers
- Order entry
- Filing
- Driver queries
- Interact with drivers
- Drawing of sales reports
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least 1 year’s general office experience
- Must be available to work overtime
- Computer literate: Excel, Mosaic
