Requirements
- Matric Certificate.
- 6 (six) months retail experience.
- Must have own or reliable transport to be able to work shifts.

Key Performance Areas:
- Providing AMAZING customer service to provide customers a WOW experience.
- Attend to each client’s distinct and specific purchasing needs, always putting the consumer first.
- Ensure that consumers receive timely and appropriate service on the sales floor and by phone.
- Follow all essential customer service requirements.
- Identifying clients’ needs and advising on product selection, pricing, and warranties
- demonstrating, explaining, and advising consumers on things.
- Selling items and, more significantly, adding on sales and services.
- Ensure that things are accurately priced and presented.
General
- To perform any additional responsibilities assigned by Senior Management.
- To complete all obligatory and service training as required.
- Maintaining absolute secrecy for all information.
- Conduct a frequent evaluation and personal growth review.
- To accept responsibility and obligation for adhering to current standard operating procedures.
- Cooperating completely in the implementation of any new technology or processes.
