Job Description
At Clover, we are looking for new, enthusiastic talent for our Call Centre Vacation Work Programme. The successful candidates will get the much-needed hands-on work experience during the period from December 2026 to January 2027 at the offices of Clover Customer Services Centre in Roodepoort. They will have an opportunity to learn about call centre operations, customer services, and handling customer queries while building their vital communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 4.
- Candidate must have obtained Grade 12/Matric in the last five years (2021-2025).
- Average of at least 55% in English and Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Unemployed.
- Candidates may not have attended any learnership programme before.
