Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and competent Driver / Services Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Key Responsibilities
- Drive to suppliers, clients, and other required locations as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to services.
- Ensure accurate and timely placing of orders.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and other records.
- Capture and input data for inventory, sales, and other key information.
- Provide general support to the team and manage office tasks as needed
Requirements
- Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Knowledge of wholesale and retail operations
- Ability to place orders accurately and manage inventory
- Proficient in data capturing and maintaining records.
- Numerically competent, with attention to detail
- Non-smoker and able to maintain a professional work environment
