Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair has a vacancy for an OCC Driver at our Head Office. The successful applicant will report to the Manager: OCC.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Operations
- Safely transport crew and staff between airports, training centres, hotels, and other designated points
- Assist with ad-hoc collections and deliveries as required
- Ensure punctuality to meet operational schedules
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any defects or irregularities
- Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times;
- Monitor service schedules and licensing renewals to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and trip details, and ensure timely submission of receipts and reports.
- Follow company safety, security, and road safety regulations at all times
- Stakeholder Engagement
Deliver consistently professional, courteous, and customer-focused service to all crew and staff members.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential)
- Valid Code B Drivers licence with PDP (Essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ professional driving experience (preferably in crew/staff transport environment) (Essential).
- Willing to shift, weekends and public holidays.
- Medically fit.
- Basic vehicle maintenance.
- Road traffic laws and regulations.
