Requirements
- Grade 11 or equivalent ABET Level
- A combination of both academic background and work experience will be considered
- Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Must be deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work underground
- Applicant must possess written and verbal communication skills
- Shortlisted applicants will be required to undergo job evaluation and competency testing
- Applicants must be physically fit and competent
- Must have basic numeracy and calculation skills
- Must be able to work at heights
- South African Citizenship
- Clear Criminal Record
Duties And Responsibilities
- Record & capture hydrocarbon consumption accurately.
- Required to take daily Dips and accurately record readings
- Required to climb onto the hydrocarbon tanks and TMM vehicles; therefore, should not have a fear of heights.
- Undertake any reasonable instruction given by a supervisor/manager.
- Ensure all work performance follows the expected KPI standard
- Required to work Shifts and flexible hours
- Must be able to work underground.
- Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping standards to ensure the environment is conducive to safe working conditions
- Report any abnormalities such as theft, damage, or unsafe working conditions.
- Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures
- Adhere to MHSA standards & Gold1 Group’s safety motto: “Nothing is so important that it cannot be done safely”
