Job Description
In this position, the candidate will have an impact in the following ways: Contribute to revenue through part sales. Ensure compliance by quoting and invoicing all sales in accordance with the specified protocols and procedures.
Participate in inbound and outbound actions to support warehouse operations. Ensure customer service excellence by increasing customer happiness and offering feedback. Data Interpretation consolidates and distributes sales reports.
Requirements
- Experience in admin, warehousing and/or retail
- Experience dealing with customers
- Communicates effectively
- Matric or certificate of completion of secondary education / NQF Level 4 qualification
