Requirements
- Matric certificate at National Qualification Framework (NQF) level four (4) as recognised
by South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). - Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years’ experience of cleaning in Public Service or Private
Sector. - Knowledge and understating of Office administration
- Basic knowledge of interaction with clients and customer service.
Skills And Competencies
- Cleaning; office management;
- Quality assurance; communication skills (verbal and written)
- Reading skills to be able to understand basic instructions of operation cleaning equipment
- Planning and organisation; customer service and client orientation.
- Computer literacy and
ability to work under pressure.
Key Performance Area
- Cleaning of offices occupied by the Leadership, Executives and ordinary staff of the
Regulator. - Cleaning of all the common areas and ensure timely replenishment of supplies in restroom.
- Provide refreshments for meetings.
- Operate and maintain the cleaning equipment, electronic appliances, utensils and cutlery.
- Timely empty and wash waste bins.
