Job Purpose
A career opportunity has arisen in the Debrief Department – Premier CDC Lords View – Depot. The position is responsible to assist in Debriefing of vehicles upon return from delivery rounds.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily receiving of trade returned stock from vehicles returningwith/from deliveries (local and speed fleet).
- Receiving of Claims, POD’s DRN’s for credit from customers from drivers returning from deliveries.
- Ensure that all stock received are in different categories as per Debrief Procedure.
- Comparing the actual returned weight to the weight claimed by the customer.
- Ensuring all the documentation pertaining to deliveries are complete with, POD’s etc., this documentation is then submitted as complete for further processing.
- Ensure correct return codes have been used for the relevant returns.
- Transferring of all received stock to the rework area following proper hand over procedures.
- Separate new or good stock returns from damaged and expired returns.

Requirements
- Grade 12 and Basic literacy and numeracy
- 2-3 years’ experience working in warehouse environment (FMCG)
