We have an interesting learnership position in our On-Sites department, which is located at our Newcastle site. This program is intended for young people who want to improve their abilities in plant operation while obtaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements
•Must have Matric/Grade 12.
•Completed Math and Science subjects in Matric.
•Must be a South African citizen.
•Must dwell within a 50-kilometer radius of the Newcastle Plant.
•Must be between the ages of 22 and 30.
•Must be unemployed and have never participated in a learnership program.
Skills And Competencies
•Must be computer literate.
•Able to work in a team.
•Good verbal and written communication.
