Booysendal Platinum Mine, a subsidiary of Northam Platinum Limited (JSE-listed), invites applications for a Mining Learnership (18.2). Booysendal is a modern, mechanised mining operation located on the border of Limpopo and Mpumalanga Provinces, near Mashishing (Lydenburg), Roossenekal, and Steelpoort. The mine operates on the southernmost exposure of the eastern limb of the Bushveld Complex, using a board-and-pillar mining layout with trackless mechanised equipment.
This learnership provides an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about building a career in the mining sector.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
- Mathematics and Physical Science
- Strong motivation and commitment to complete the full learnership programme
