Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Clerk to join our team. The Warranty Clerk will be responsible for processing warranty claims, coordinating repairs and replacements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding warranty-related issues
- Maintain warranty records and documentation
- Follow up with customers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims
- Assist in investigating and resolving warranty disputes
- Provide support to the warranty department as needed
Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade12)
- experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
