Job Summary
The purpose of the Production Technology Learnership is to provide practical and theoretical training in production operations, equipping learners with the skills and experience needed to work in a technical manufacturing environment. The 12-month program aims to develop entry-level talent by exposing learners to production processes, machine operations and workplace systems.
Duties And Resposibilities
- Assist with production line activities.
- Learn about production machine procedures.
- Help operators and supervisors with operational responsibilities.
- Understand the operational and distribution workflows.
- Participate in skill tests and practical training.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum of 50% in English and 50% in Mathematics – Essential.
- Ability to communicate in English (read, write and speak) – Essential.
- Ages 18 – 28.
- Available and committed to complete a full year (12 months) of training – practical time will be set in technical environment.
- Must reside in Gqeberha or surrounding areas.
