Duties And Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a professional and polite way.
- Take food and beverage orders appropriately.
- Use the POS system to capture orders and handle payments.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Ensure accurate billing and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness in tables and serving areas.
- Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure prompt service.
- Assist in setting up and closing the dining area.
- Address client inquiries pleasantly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Matric
- Food & Beverage Service Certificate (optional but beneficial)
Skills And Competencies
- Experience with POS systems (important)
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
