Job Description
To provide structured, work-based learning that equips participants with the commercial acumen and practical skills to service customers to grow volume, facilitate the order-taking process, implement, execute, and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a specified geographical area.

Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Currently unemployed
- Not studying or in another learnership
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
- English and a second language (minimum 40%)
Additional Requirements
- No criminal record
- Clear credit record
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Must consent to background checks
