Job description
The Learner function is a development post in which the incumbent will work toward a formal, certified qualification while obtaining work experience. During the course of employment, the Learner will be responsible for completing activities to achieve set work objectives such as research, analysis, administrative, process, and project work that adds value to the business sector.
The Learner is required to meet all of the qualification’s criteria. Additional workplace-related training will be offered.
Requirements
- Must have a Matric or Grade 12 certificate.
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- No job experience is necessary.
- Become a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 to 35
- Currently unemployed.
Responsibilities
- Identify and escalate any risks that might lead to higher expenses.
- Show cost sensitivity and understanding of your personal commitment to expenses.
- Improve knowledge and comprehension of financial procedures while adhering to needed operational standards.
- Adhere to the Organization’s shared values, service standards, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) results in terms of customer interactions.
- Resolve consumer dissatisfaction/complaints and take ownership of the issue. Follows agreed-upon communication standards while dealing with consumers.
- Collect consumer comments to assist improve customer service.
- Ensure that product information and suggestions are technically correct.
- Work with improved processes and procedures to keep operational efficiency.
- ensures that quality requirements are met.
- Follows Company policies and procedures. Provides accurate activity reports.
- Investigate new approaches to improve procedures.
- Contribute to the alignment of corporate operations and customer service.
- Inform line managers on possible possibilities for process and system improvement.
