Your role:
As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional shopping experience, promoting sales success, and maintaining our brand’s image via rigorous stock and cash management.
Responsibilities:
Cash Control and Accuracy.
- Perform cash desk operations effectively while maintaining zero variances.
- Follow the daily cash control and banking activities precisely.
- Handle manual transactions appropriately as necessary.
Stock Management and Organization.
- Execute daily stock processes to ensure smooth retail operations.
- Assist in managing client orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct weekly stock counts and keep the storage organised.
- Complete shoe matching activities to ensure stock integrity.
Customer Service and Sales Support
- Provide a superior shopping experience with professional product knowledge.
- Create solid customer relationships by providing personalized service.
- Maintain the brand’s high standards with expertise and passion.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (important)
- 6 months to one year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferable).
- Passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and consumer involvement.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak trade hours.
