Job description
The Sales Associate is in charge of providing a great in-showroom customer experience by converting client visits into sales through efficient product demonstration, requirements analysis, and precise order entry. The function include frontline sales execution, customer service, administration, and adherence to operational standards, assisting the Store Supervisor and Showroom Manager in meeting sales and service objectives.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric (minimum needed).
- Minimum of one year’s retail sales experience.
- Customer-facing sales experience in a target-oriented setting.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Homewares retail expertise is advantageous.
- Clean credit and criminal record.
