Absa Home Loans Collections is giving a learnership opportunity to young people who are talented, eager, and passionate about using technology to empower clients. This one-year Absa Home Loans Learnership program combines classroom instruction with on-the-job experience in all elements of client interaction.
Our 12-month learnership plan will expose you to the Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement domains. Successful candidates must commit to completing all academic courses and on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Candidate should be aged between 18 and 30 years.
- Candidates must be South African citizens or permanent residents.
- The applicant should be skilled in English.
- Applicant should not be hired.
- The applicant must not be registered with any other learnership at the time of filing the application.
- The applicant must not be registered with any other learning establishment or be actively enrolled in a course of study.
- Candidates should be computer proficient.
- Applicant should be a team player and self-motivated individual.
- The candidate should be flexible and show a willingness to learn and work.
Requirements for the recruitment procedure and risk checks includes:
- Complete the online occupational assessments.
- No criminal record.
- No falsified documentation
- References from former employers
- Clear credit score.
- There is no registered employee dismissal.
Stipend
- Successful applicants will get a monthly stipend.
