Managed People Solutions is now providing an interesting 12-month Retail Sales Learnership Program with one of our customers in the health and wellness retail business. If you like working with people, are passionate about customer service, and want to obtain important retail experience while gaining a nationally recognized qualification, this is the chance for you!
Programme Overview
This is a Retail Sales Learnership Programme in which students will acquire actual job experience while studying for the National Occupational Certificate: Sales Representative (NQF Level 4).
The program combines organized study with hands-on job experience, giving you the opportunity to build critical retail sales, customer service, and merchandising skills while obtaining a nationally recognized qualification. Learners who successfully complete the curriculum will be granted the National Occupational Certificate: Sales Representative (NQF Level 4).

We’re seeking for people who reside near any of the following areas:
Eastgate, Menlyn, Sandton, Vaal, East Rand, Maponya, Westgate, Mall of Africa, Centurion, Greenstone, Wonder Park, Soshanguve, The Glen, Fourways, Springs, Irene, Alberton, Benoni, Wonderboom.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) in Mathematics and English.
- Must be unemployed.
- Must reside near one of the specified places.
- You must be available to finish the 12-month learnership curriculum.
Key Duties
- Deliver outstanding client service.
- Assist consumers in selecting the appropriate health and wellness items.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge and confidently propose appropriate goods.
- Develop your professional sales and communication abilities.
- Help individuals and stores meet their sales objectives.
- Support daily retail operations, including stock management and merchandising.
- Keep the store clean, well-organized, and visually attractive.
- Understand retail performance, company operations, and consumer engagement.
- Work with expert mentors who will guide and encourage your development throughout the program.
