Requirements
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a telesales or sales representative in a retail setting.
- A matric certificate is necessary.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, as well as strong sales experience and the ability to work autonomously.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, resilient, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to independent retailers and merchants in remote locations.
- Promote and offer a wide range of foodstuffs to informal trade clients.
- Build and maintain great client connections by understanding their needs and offering specialized solutions.
- Achieve sales objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
