Job Description
The position’s mission is to help the branch accomplish its goals by providing efficient and professional customer service while adhering to business quality management policies.
Someone who knows that we are in the service sector, and that service delivery is our most important distinction when clients decide who to rent from.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the front office and customer service.
- NQF 4 (Matric or equivalent)
- Code 8 driver’s license requires at least two years of driving experience.
- Computer literate.

Job Outputs:
- Handle all parts of the customer’s check-out and check-in rental transactions in compliance with corporate, quality control, claims, and accident policies.
- Making, changing, canceling, and monitoring bookings as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by successfully assisting with consumer inquiries.
- Various administrative and general office chores, such as collecting fuel, VRVs, non-revs, following up on overdue rentals, scanning, partial billing, fleet movement control, claims reports, rental deposits, and handing in and recording all customers’ lost property recoveries from cars.
- Responsible for the security and quality management of business cars and other assets.
- Identify and report expired licenses, service due vehicles, and any other issues that do not meet our quality requirements.
- Follow appropriate housekeeping and general cleaning requirements in the branch environment.
