Requirements
- Matric
- Certified Personal Trainer (NQF Level 5 or above).
- Business acumen and self-management abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong communication and motivating skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small-group personal training sessions.
- Attract and keep your own clientele within the club.
- Maintain a visible, professional presence on the training floor.
- Conduct gratis introductory workshops for new members.
- Manage your own business administration, bookings, and scheduling.
- Create a safe, clean, and inspiring atmosphere.
