Job description
The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Training Academy, including accurate record keeping, daily data capture, proper filing and archiving, course register management, learner administration, and assistance with training-related systems and compliance requirements.
The ideal applicant should be accurate, organized, service-oriented, and capable of completing administrative activities within the appropriate time frame.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Previous administrative experience will be beneficial.
- Experience in training, compliance, human resources, or learning and development environments will be advantageous.
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HR Manage or equivalent systems would be useful.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to perform accurately under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to fulfill deadlines and follow up on lingering issues.
- Professional behavior when interacting with students, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities (not quite inclusive):
- Accurately capturing learner data, results, attendance, forms, assessor and moderator information on the required systems.
- Ensure that training records are updated on a regular basis and that information entered in HR Manage is correct and thorough.
- Maintaining record filing and archiving in accordance with compliance, OHS, and POPI regulations.
- Scan and submit papers to the appropriate HR Manager platforms.
- Administrative activities include CRB checks, task lists, permits, eye examinations, maintenance records, and Inkliwe-related chores.
