Requirements
- Aged between 18 and 29 years old.
- Matric (preferable) Grade 10 (lowest grade).
- Available and eager to work a 12-month contract.
- Should not have been working permanently with the same employer for more than a year.
- Should not be studying full-time throughout the year of work (April 23-March 24).
- You should not have previously participated in or enrolled for the YES programme.
- Accommodation and transportation are provided at the applicant’s expense.
Key Duties
Customer Service
- Providing support to consumers and promoting great shopping experiences.
Merchandising
- Ensure that items are displayed attractively and in accordance with corporate standards.
Stock Handling
- Receiving, organizing, and managing inventory in the store environment.
Collaboration among the team members
- Working with experienced retail experts to discover how effective retail teams work.
Workplace Training
- Gaining hands-on experience while learning essential industry information and best practices.
