Job Description
The above post is open in our Welkom branch and reports to the Branch Manager. The Supervisor will be in charge of monitoring the day-to-day operations of the workforce, ensuring that staff perform their jobs efficiently and successfully. This work will involve supervising and guiding personnel, as well as reporting back to management on project success.
Requirements
- Matric or Equivalent qualification
- With valid PSIRA Grade B registration and accreditation.
- Numerical literacy.
- At least 3 years of experience in the security business.
- Must be capable of writing reports and incident reports.
- A clean criminal record.
- must be able to work shifts.
- Valid driver’s license with codes 8 or 10 and a valid pdp
- Firearm Competency – Handgun, shotgun, and rifle
- I am fluent in English. (Writing and Speaking)
Key performance areas (not all inclusive):
- Supervise a team of mobile workers and ensure they adhere to corporate rules and procedures.
- Maintaining positive relationships between Fidelity Security Services and its clients regarding security services performed.
- Monitor and assess staff performance, giving comments and suggesting areas for improvement.
- ensuring that all security officers satisfy the client’s contractual standards.
- Conduct frequent site inspections to verify quality control and safety compliance.
