No chancers. No excuses. If you don’t succeed, you won’t continue in the programme. It’s going to be tough—but that’s where growth happens. If you don’t meet your monthly expectations, you’ll be removed from the programme, but you will still be given the opportunity to complete the learnership you’re enrolled on. We only keep those who show true commitment, energy, and drive.
