Job Advert Summary
Clover is looking for new talent to join our Call Centre Learnership Programme. Successful applicants will complete the learnership in Clover’s Customer Service Centre offices in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, while simultaneously attending the required training programs. After successfully completing the program, learners will get a NQF qualification and gain important experience in a world-class call center setting.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or the corresponding NQF Level 4 certification.
- Grade 12/Matric is accomplished within the last five years (2021-2025).
- A minimum average of 55% in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Currently jobless.
- Applicants must not have previously participated in a learnership scheme.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent client service.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing interactions.
- Resolve concerns and complaints through the relevant stakeholders.
Capture and confirm consumer orders.
- Capture orders correctly and on time as per the daily call list.
- Inform consumers that their account is on hold.
- Confirm customer orders using conventional operational methods.
- Inform key stakeholders about concerns related to their orders.
Sell Clover and Principal items based on client ranges.
- Offer new or more items (explain the characteristics and special offers).
Encourage teamwork and cooperation.
- Assist team members in obtaining team results.
- Share the responsibility for getting the work done.
- Support the team values.
- Participate in team meetings.
- accept responsibility for visual management of information.
