Job Description
A Delivery Driver Assistant’s job is to help deliver things to customers while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. They present and acquire signatures on Proof of Delivery paperwork, aid in filling out invoice rectification forms, verify payments as needed, and assist with goods loading and unloading.
Their function helps to ensure effective delivery operations, customer satisfaction, and correct documentation and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or an equivalent level.
- Proven expertise in warehouse and logistics for at least two years, with a preference for experience in the FMCG retail industry.
