Siqalo Foods is currently recruiting two (2) Basic Operators to join our Operations team in Boksburg. Reporting to the Shift Production Manager, successful candidates will be responsible for the safe operation, setup, and basic maintenance of packing hall equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality finished products.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor allocated packing equipment safely
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Ensure products are packed efficiently and meet quality standards
- Adhere to health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Report faults or deviations to the Shift Production Manager
✅ Minimum Requirements
- N3 / NQF Level 3 qualification
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 1 year relevant operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to work shifts and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
